I am currently engaged in trying to buy a shared ownership apartment. Having first started the process on one apartment, I completed a financial assessment. Jay Anderson and Matthew Caterer completely ignored our email expressing concern with an issue that arose with our remortgage process – no acknowledgement or reply. When asked to prompt the lender for a mortgage offer to be sent nothing was done and a couple of weeks past, before I then had to do their job for them and contact the lender myself.Strong start, incredibly poor finish to the process. They should be better than this.

I’ve paid them a fee to have them in 2 years help me look at the market again when my fixed rate 2 year deal is up so I don’t have to worry then either. Worth the money!
